About this job

Overview:Our client is a well known and highly successful financial services company that provides customers with a direct connection to loans and insurance. The DMM carries the responsibility for the maintenance, amendments and optimisation of all the company’s owned digital channels – primarily the web and mobi-sites. The role will also focus on the ROI of every site visit – from impression and click to time on site, bounce rate management and throughput speed of the various applications processes, managing the day to day operations of the website. (Please note, in line with our client’s Employment Equity Plan, suitably qualified African Black candidates who meet the criteria for the role will be given preference).

Qualifications and Experience

Three year degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business
Honours level Marketing or business related degree (Ideal)
Digital design and website development qualification/certification

3-5 years Conversion rate Optimisation Software (or similar A/B testing Experience)
3-5 years Heat mapping software (Crazy Egg, Tealeaf, etc.)
3-5 years Digital Application and General Digital Project Management Experience
3-5 years Google Analytics Proficient (Appropriate qualifications can be out of date or implied)
2-3 years SEO Expertise
2-3 years Google & Double Click Tag Manager Experience
Digital Agency Experience or experience in managing Digital Agencies ( Preferable )
Adobe Campaign Manager Experience ( Preferable )
5 years Sitecore CMS Experience
